Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Sofia, just a few minutes walk to Serdica shopping street, offering modern and clean rooms that are comfortable and cozy. The location is excellent for a first visit to Sofia, with shops, bars, restaurants, and tourist attractions within walking distance. The dining experience was decent, with a selection of Bulgarian specialties, although a wider variety of vegetables and cheese could enhance it.
The hotel offers clean and quiet rooms in a great location, ideal for exploring the city by foot. The service was friendly overall, with some minor issues regarding towel requests. The dining experience varied from excellent food choices to occasional disappointments. The hotel is located on a quiet street near major tourist attractions, but the presence of a cigarette smell can be bothersome.
I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in a suite. The room was clean and comfortable, with good tea bags and kettle. The bed was nice, but it was not the cleanest.
This hotel is right in the heart of Sofia, making it super convenient for exploring the city, especially with Vitosha Boulevard nearby. The rooms were functional and clean, although a bit plain. The service was friendly and helpful, just avoid filling water bottles with purified water. The dining experience was decent, especially their interior garden setup, though some hot items could have been hotter. Overall, a solid choice for a stay in Sofia.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and a few drawbacks. The rooms were extremely nice compared to other hotels, but it was a bit warm, leading to some security concerns as we had to keep the window open all night. Despite facing the street, it was surprisingly quiet and cozy. The room stood out for its cleanliness, spaciousness, and the incredibly comfortable bed.
The hotel is centrally located, close to the main pedestrian street offering a quiet and safe environment. The staff was exceptionally helpful during check-in, making me feel secure in my room. However, the junior suite rooms lacked kitchen facilities and were a bit small in size.
